My services include:

• Four pre-natal visits. I feel that more pre-natal visits allow us to establish the best possible working relationship, leading to better teamwork during your labor
• Customized labor-preparation methods, based on the ways you want to labor and the best ways to work with your stress response
  
• Use of my lending library of books, videos, and articles
• Referrals to local service providers, based on your needs during your pregnancy and beyond
  
• An on-call period of up to one month around your due date
• Continuous one-on-one support throughout your labor and birth
  
• Basic breast-feeding support
  
• Assistance in settling in during the few hours after the birth
• One post-partum visit, about a week after the birth

Additional pre-natal visits or my accompanying you to any doctor/midwife visits are also available for an additional charge.
